先日お知らせしました国際児童書フェスティバル [NAMI コンクール 2021]が、
2021年5月1日〜16日の間、韓国のNAMI島にて開催されているそうです。最終選考に選んでいただきました。
NAMIコンクール事務局さんから、フェスティバルの様子を写真で送って頂きました。
広大な森を使用したスペースに、
［Me chan / Text & Illustrations Uyo Takayama］絵本［ミーちゃん / 文・絵：うよ高山］の一部も
展示していただいているとの事、ちょうど雨の日の撮影で、雨粒が絵本の中で泣いているYouちゃんの心模様を表しているようです。（2年間展示してくださるそうです。）光栄です。有り難うございます。

絵の展示の他にもイベントが盛り沢山、音楽・ダンス・ワークショップなどなど…とても楽しそうです。

I have just announced that the International Children’s Book Festival [NAMI CONCOUS 2021]
It’s being held on the island of NAMI, Korea, from 1-16 May 2021. I have been selected as a finalist.
The NAMI CONCOUS Secretariat has sent me some photos of the festival.
In the vast space of the forest.
“Me chan / Text & Illustrations Uyo Takayama”, a picture book by Uyo Takayama.
It was taken on a rainy day, and the raindrops seem to represent You chan’s emotional state as she cries in the book. I’m honoured. Thank you very much.

In addition to the exhibition, there will be lots of events, music, dance, workshops and so on…. It looks like a lot of fun.
